Terms and Conditions for Using the CES Co-Working Space 1. Introduction By using the co-working spaces at Cyprus Entrepreneurship Station (CES), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a productive, respectful, and secure environment for all users. 2. Membership and Access - Membership Plans:Access to the co-working spaces is granted based on the chosen membership plan (daily, monthly, yearly). - Access Hours: Members have access to the facilities according to their plan, with 24/7 access for premium members. 3. Conduct and Usage - Professional Behavior: Members are expected to maintain professional behavior and respect the privacy and work of others. - Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other members. Use designated areas for phone calls and meetings. - Cleanliness: Keep your workspace tidy and clean. Dispose of trash properly and respect communal areas. 4. Facilities and Equipment - Desk Usage: Desks are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved in advance. Hot desks should be cleared at the end of each day. - Meeting Rooms: Meeting rooms must be booked in advance. Please adhere to the time slots and vacate promptly. - Internet and IT: High-speed internet is provided for members. The use of the internet must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 5. Security - Access Control: Members will receive access cards or keys. Do not share your access credentials with non-members. - Personal Belongings: CES is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep personal belongings secure. - Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. 6. Payments and Fees - Payment Terms: Membership fees are due in advance according to the selected plan. Late payments may result in suspension of access. - Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of CES management. 7. Termination and Suspension - Violation of Terms: CES reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for violation of these terms and conditions. - Notice: Members will be given notice of termination or suspension, outlining the reasons. 8. Liability - Damage: Members are responsible for any damage they cause to CES property or equipment. -Indemnity: CES is not
